Homeowners Association (HOA)

Melcor is committed to building communities where residents can live, work, play and shop.
To ensure the community is maintained to a high standard Melcor has established a Homeowners Association in the Kings Heights Community.
Each home, including multi-family units, pays an annual fee which is anticipated to be $200 per year.
These fees go towards the maintenance of some of the “extras” in the community, including the community’s landscaped pond and fountain and the stone and timber Amphitheatre.
The Kings Heights HOA is anticipated to be up and running by 2018.
